  • Easy to use. Perfect size. I like to blend bell peppers and mix it with ground turkey for a healthier choice. The dividing disks are great, but I also insert round 4.5 inch wax paper on each side of each patty for easy removal. I prefer to freeze the patties raw while they're in the molding container to retain the shape and cook them as needed. Overall, great buy.
